Graphic Art Baby walking through ruble symbolizing breaking down barriers

We start of as helpless little babies.

We are completely dependent on others at birth to feed us, love us, change us, care for us until we are able to do this on our own.

Since birth we break it down.

We eat. Our bodies break it down so we can digest and expel of it.

We break it down, to understand our first steps, our next moves, the good, the bad and the ugly.

Our bodies tell us when we need something. It warns us when there's something breaking down. We just don't always listen.

Everything is within us.

I'm on a healing journey, and within this journey and I am finding that everything needs to broken down to work. Whether it's in your bowels or in your brain.

We can overwhelm our body and our brains.

Stop. Listen. Break It Down!

Rome wasn't build in a day and you don't have to be either,

Break It Down!

Whether it's a gigantic task that's in front of you or a little one. Depending on the feelings about that task it can be daunting and avoided. I know, I'm a pro! lol

So whether big or small.

Break It Down! (Into bitesize manageable pieces)

Understand and discover your weaknesses. Ask for help where you could use it. Embrace your strengths and adjust your weaknesses.

It's all in the GAME CALLED LIFE.

And life, especially in the last few years has been all over the place for most of us. Creating uncertainty in many, creating divide, and everything is happening so quickly.

Life moves so fast. Without proper structure around what we watch and allow into our world. Who we spend time with, our choices right now and our future choices.

So much to absorb and process. Break It Down or it becomes overwhelming sometimes and makes it hard to stay on track. To stay focused.

"Break It Down" is my summer slogan.

Preparing me for the summer ahead. Allowing me to do the good, the bad and the ugly that comes. This will make my summer more manageable.

Try it and tell me what you think.
